Thursday Morning Yoga

Join me this Thursday for 75 mins of Yoga!

You’ll need to download Zoom (it’s free). Then go here to register: https://us04web.zoom.us/meeting/register/u5Qlc-6trTIovfL22kkBN_KhnnrSAqorOA

Once you’ve registered, then just throw your mat down on Thursday, and approximately 30 minutes before the class you’ll receive a meeting ID and password that allow you to join the class.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or paypal.

I’m asking for £8, or £5 concs, but if the current situation has left you in a precarious position, just pay what you can; it’s all gratefully received!

Online classes!

My 7:30 a.m (G.M.T) Vajrasati classes will continue, on Wednesday and Fridays. Book here : https://www.aboutbalancebrighton.com/

My Wednesday morning 10 a.m class at the Brighton Natural Health Centre is also going ahead (N.B – this is 60 mins as opposed to the usual 75) Go here to book.
