Good Friday Buddhist Centre class
My Friday lunchtime class (12-1:15pm) at the Brighton Buddhist Centre will be on this Friday (March 29th), and since the usual drop-in meditation class that happens at the same time won’t be running, my class will be upstairs in the beautiful top shrine room!

Please note that the class I share with Khadine Morcom, on Sundays at 10 a.m, will NOT run this Sunday (7th) January.

2024 – back to the mat!
Happy New Year!
I hope 2024 is a positive and healthy year for you all.
To say these are uncertain times is an understatement. I am more convinced than ever that the answer to our global/political/societal problems is to look inwards, and realise our true nature; interconnectivity. It is the illusion of separateness that is perpetuating war, climate collapse, greed and division.
It is an act of kindness, an act of compassion to work on ourselves.

Winter break
Hi all!
All my classes are for 2023 are now finished.
Exciting news! – I have a new Zoom class beginning in the new year.
It will be on Wednesdays at 7:45 a.m. 60 mins. The first class will be on Weds January 3rd.
More details to follow!
I start back at Humankind the same day, Weds 3rd
My Loft class starts again on Thurs 4th, 12pm
My first Luna Wave class of the year will also be on Thurs 4th, 8 a.m
My Buddhist Centre class resumes on Friday 5th
Please note; the Buddhist Centre is closed on Sunday 7th, so the class that I alternate with Khadine will not resume until Jan 14th

It is with a tinge of sadness, but mainly a huge sigh of relief that I have stopped my early-morning classes at About Balance. Here’s a quick overview of my current schedule
Classes resume this week
The 2 regular classes that took a short summer hiatus are back on!
My Thursday lunchtime class at The Loft, resumes this Thurs 7th September. 12-1pm. £10. Drop-in, no booking required
And my Friday lunchtime class, also at 12pm (but this one is 75mins) resumes at the Brighton Buddhist Centre, on Friday 8th September. Again, no booking required, just drop-in. £10/8 concs.

Slight change to schedule over summer
My Thursday 12pm class at the Loft , and my Friday 12pm at the Brighton Buddhist Centre will be on a short hiatus over the summer.
There will be a class at The Loft on Thursday 27th July, and then the next class will be Thursday September 7th.
And at the Buddhist Centre, the last class will be on Friday 28th July and then classes will resume on Friday 8th September.
