From tomorrow (Weds 29th July) , I will be teaching my regular classes at About Balance and Brighton Natural Health Centre in the studios.

About Balance class is at usual time 7:30 a.m. Book here

The Brighton Natural Health Centre class is at the slightly later time of 10:15 a.m. Book here

Both classes will still be streaming online via zoom, for those of you who would prefer to practise from your home.
