The wonderful Brighton Yoga Foundation will be running it’s annual festival this Saturday (23rd July) at St George’s Church in Kemptown.
I thoroughly enjoyed teaching a seafront class on International Yoga Day (also organised by the BYF), and am delighted to have been asked to teach a class at the festival. My slot is at 3:10 p.m, and I’ll also be helping out on the Vajrasati stall. There will be loads of classes and other activities! Register beforehand if possible here. The festival is free, but donations are encouraged. The Foundation does amazing outreach work in the local community, offering affordable Yoga to refugees, in prisons, to women recovering from abuse and trauma, and more.
