I’m very excited to announce a new weekly class on Fridays at 9:30 a.m.

The venue is The Loft (above Little Dippers on Upper Garner St, in North Laine). It’s a fantastic, airy space. Lots of light coming through the skylight windows.
This class will commence on Friday 4th Sept.
£10 drop-in. 6 classes for £50.
Discount for Vajrasati teachers/trainees.

My Wednesday morning 10 a.m class at the Brighton Natural Health Centre is also going ahead (N.B – this is 60 mins as opposed to the usual 75) Go here to book.
