Horizon!

Something to look forward to!

A wonderful new space was due to open this month on Brighton seafront; A geodesic dome, hosting yoga classes.

Due to the current situation this has obviously been put on hold, but knowing that it’s on the horizon is one of the things keeping me optimistic in these uncertain times. Organised by Luna Wave this new studio will be offering a wide range of yoga classes, and I will be teaching a regular class on Thursday mornings at 8 a.m, followed by a sea swim!

Of course, I’ll keep you up to date with any developments.

The images I’ve posted here are not of the actual dome, but the proportions are the same, and give you a rough idea of what it’ll be like. Exciting!

Thursday Morning Yoga

Join me this Thursday for 75 mins of Yoga!

You’ll need to download Zoom (it’s free). Then go here to register: https://us04web.zoom.us/meeting/register/u5Qlc-6trTIovfL22kkBN_KhnnrSAqorOA

Once you’ve registered, then just throw your mat down on Thursday, and approximately 30 minutes before the class you’ll receive a meeting ID and password that allow you to join the class.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or paypal.

I’m asking for £8, or £5 concs, but if the current situation has left you in a precarious position, just pay what you can; it’s all gratefully received!

Vajrasati podcast

I was honoured to be invited on to the Vajrasati podcast to talk about Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

Big thanks to the wonderful Sophie Allen for hosting
